​How do I

place an order?

When you are ready to place an order select "Basket" at the top right of the page.

 

Step 1. Check that you are happy with the products in your bag, then click "Go to checkout" at the bottom of the Basket page.

 

Step 2. If you haven't set up an account yet, you will be asked to enter your preferred email address so that we can send you an email confirming your order once payment has been made. This can be done either as a guest, or as a registered user.

If you are already signed in you will be directed straight to step three.

​

Step 3. Select your delivery type.

​

Step 4. You will then be shown to the payment page. Here you can select and enter your payment method: You can pay using Credit/Debit Card.

Step 5. Once you are happy with your details, you can go ahead and complete your order by clicking "Complete Order".

Payment

& Shipping

We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.  

Your order will not ship until your purchase has been approved and your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. (A hold for the purchase amount may be placed on your card until your order is shipped and your card is charged). We usually ship your order within an estimated 1-3 business days after order payment has been approved and verified. 

Free shipping promotions only apply to products sold on the Spring-Bolt store and shipping within UK. 

Please note that in order for you to complete a transaction successfully, your billing and shipping addresses must be as the address that appears on your card statement. If you have to ship to a different address, then you need to register the shipping details with your credit card company before we can process your order. This is Spring-Bolt policy and is with a view to your protection. 

You must live in the UK, have a UK delivery address and a UK credit card when purchasing on the Spring-Bolt.co.uk store, if you are outside of this area please contact our Sales team on 01606 330966 to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

Spring-Bolt UK do not hold any credit card information provided by customers.

Spring-Bolt UK accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept cash, cheques, or COD's for online orders. Spring-Bolt UK shopping site is protected by SSL technology from Equifax, assuring you a safe and secure online transaction.

Returns

Refunds

We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on most items. So if you need to return it, post it back to the Returns Address on your invoice.  However it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money. You are responsible for your return charges and any refund will be less the original delivery costs.

We’ll either make the refund onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange.

You just need these 3 things:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

  • Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition

​

If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop) we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you

During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.

Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
